i like the looks of both, depending on the pipe.. i favor duals, no doubt as they are easier to tune in.. the problem i have is theres nothing that hasnt been done as far as looks.. so its a toss up .. fishtails are cool in either, but again tuning can be an issue in some cases.. its a hard call in either pipe.. ..

I like duals, although it's been said that performance is better from 2 in 1.
Just cut a baffle in half, and stick each half in each pipe, so you get a nice sound, but still do your motor a favour by having some baffle. With my EV46 cam, stainless pipes ,and half baffles, even oldtimers are fooled it's NOT a shovel. They've told they had to look twice.

I've run both, but on different bikes. I like duals if the carb is tuned in correctly, however I know performance wise two into one is a superior set up. I'd like to have the chance to run both types on the same bike. who knows, maybe I will one of these days.

I prefer a 2-into-1, like the performance difference. I felt it immediately when I swapped pipes on mine...

i'm running a Thunderheader, and it made a big difference in the bottom and mid...... so naturally i'm gonna mess that up and go with a set of shotgun duals.... just because i like the sound of duals and am kinda tired of the 2-1 setup

2 into 1 for performance and true duals for looks.  :)

Kind of a split decision for me.  I have two bikes with home made two into ones.  I've not tried any other system on them.  On my Roadglide I'm running true duels and they are the shit man.  Big dif over the factory system.  So I like them both.

I just read the article in RB Racing's website, looks like they got the 2 into 1 setup nailed down pretty good. The price seems not tooo Krazy.

I've had nothing but bad luck with this outfit, they have a great web page with some interesting bits of 411.  Their customer service SUCKS.

I'm running a D&D Fatcat 2 into 1 on my Sporty.  I really like it and I personally think there is some performance gain.

80" evo...... with an EV3 cam and an open k&n filter through a worked CV carb.....

lookin for a rear crossover for the duals (for way cheap)and run both high with a fishtail straight pipe and a baffle tucked in to keep it quiet or at least tone it down a bit

I had duals on mine for awhile. But, with the pitch of my drive-way, I bottomed the bike out all the time. (1987 FXR) I found a nice 2-into-1 at a swap meet. Guy didn't even know what model it was made for. I got it for $75.00 and couldn't be happier...
80-inch Evo, S&S-"E" carb, Andrews EV27 cam...
Ain't the best shot. But, its what it looks like today...

Here's a shot before I painted the pipe and went to ape-hangers...
