Filled FXR tank with new tunnel and bottoms....and my 79 FXS neck raked 1/2 " and filled to cover torched lock area......

Finished tanks and dash.......seat pan I made in 10 mins with metalbrake, snips and shrinker....

That is done by using the wire that is used to suspend ceiling panel....clean it up all shineyand shape to the layed out design, spot with a mig every inch or so and then fill it in with spot weld. Used a 3/16 round rotory bit in a die gringer to clean it up with. Hit it with a heavy coat of metal-to-metal primer and start sanding with 80 grit(and so on) wrapped a round a piece of wiper tubing or 10 ga. wire. That is about 500 hrs of work there........... it was for me so cost was no problem...

......will finish with HOK Super Black and Lilac-lilac pearl till it shows deep purple high-lites....some said to stripe it, but it will pop just enough for me ...less is better. This is front on my wide glide front end with some FX original AMF mags the I took the black off of....makes them look like Sportster wheels...9 spoke on front and 13 on back, just like in the manual, both 16's.

Up-date:..........I also have a copy of Gary's CBH Vol II....but i would not post it for the bloodsuckers that frequent sites......You will have to have one of us old fuckers vouch for you ...Sorry !
