thank you kind sir.. i'm looking at toyhauler travel trailers.. my intent is to roam the country fer a bit.. i'm considering a class at MMI ,  so i can work at various shops along the way.. most require factory trained techs anymore..

i got some idears for the new bike.. actually i'd been thinking on them.. & a few more parts , getting ready fer' da' motor.. finally after many YEARS ..  i cut a deal with the h.d. stealership here on pricing for new motors.. the new parts manager, a nice youing fella was actually eager to get the business & matched st.paul h.d.'s price out the door .. so dat' aint bad..

Dave i think you need a seat like this for that Bike as it will be a street fighter in a way.

That RIGHT THERE is my seat!!!  I been look'n for a design like that for ten years, WHOOOOHOOOOO!!  For some reason my mind kept envisioning it more complicated than that is.  Maybe I shoulda cut back on the beer, huh?  Anyhow... ain't nuth'n wrong with a seat like that up here in Alaska, leasewise, for now anyway.  Man-O-Man that's a beauty!!

Put some quick release bolts and wiring on your other bike and use the motor for both of them as you don't ride the other much anyway LMAO

i'm really liking the old style linkert snoot.. i'll build a filter for it this week end.. i have a set of chrome center rings for these rocker boxes.. should spice up the look..

a few small parts are needed before i can mount the coil , ign. switch, lighter/power point , & connect all the wires.. the accel 8.8 mm plug wires are hangin' there patiently waiting..

the exhaust wars continue.. i've tried several sets i had around.. none are working for me.. the old style 2 into1 fits the best & allows floorboard roon, but i cant use the floorboard off set i wanted.. & the kicker wont clear with the early style minimal offset arm.. the arm with more offset will clear, but it aggravates me with my feet down.. so, i'll have some stuff coming to build my own exhaust.. i'll have them cewramic coated when they are done.. the bitch bar pad will be finished by the end of the week too..

the new exhaust i built are all welded up save the last 12 deg. bend tips.. i have then nearly all buffed down & these babies look great.. the last bends should be here this week .. 2 more pieces & the mount tabs will complete the fabrication.. i changed the shield out for a shorter one.. it blends much better with the look & i can see over it properly now.. the bitch bar pad is mounted using the stainless attachments i used & put shrink wrap over to prevent scratches.. my camera software took a shit, so i cant post any current pics. that i have.. i will get that figured out though.. it worked fine 4 days ago & last nite NOTTA FUCKIN' THANG..

UPDATE .. the bikes has performed flawlessly.. the exhaust sound great & perform even better.. eventually i'll get it registered & step up from the outlaw tags i've been running.. wtf.. fuck em' .. i'm very pleased with the bike.. the ride is fantastic.. far more adapt to my age & physical stature than the chopper.. though the chop was fun to ride it just wasnt a long hauler.. the chassis from the chopper has been passed on to a great brother i met from utah.. hopefully we will see him on here soon..

its a set of fatboy lowers with a set of soft tail custom tubes, using fatboy dampers.. this make a frt. end 1 inch longer than a fatboy & 1 inch shorter than a fxstc.. i used an early model fender for a 21 in. wheel & cut the tabs to length & redrilled them .. with the 21 in. wheel the caliper mount had to be shaved 50 thous. in one area to clear the rotor disk.. gas lids ??

you know i forgot all about that cap.. its a pricey lil' gem.. could be why i forgot about it  ;) ;) .. i'll check into it again.. it screws into you tanks existing bung using a rubber gasket & is tightened down solid.. then you use the fancy pop top for fueling..

Dave those footboards look good, think those would look good on the chopper. Anything special you had to do to fit the forward mounts?
